The three most common reasons are:
- Insufficient funds:
Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your account.
- The credit card is not issued from the country in which you currently are in:
The country issued should be the same as the country you are paying from.
- Your bank is blocking the online payment for security reasons:
Please contact your bank to check if they block 'International Payments'.
If none of the above helps and you still get 'payment refused' we kindly ask you to try using your credit card via PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account, you will be given an option during checkout to simply manually enter credit card details).
