If you bought Chipolo for this purpose and weren't aware of the limitations, please contact our support, and we will (within the 30-day window after your purchase) send you the instructions on how you can return them. Once we receive the returned order, we can process a refund. We can only refund orders made directly on our website. If you bought your Chipolo elsewhere, we recommend that you take it back to the seller you bought it from originally.
