RFID wallets are specially designed to block radio frequency signals. Therefore the Chipolo might not function properly or lose connection sometimes while used in RFID blocking wallets.
If you bought Chipolo for this purpose and weren't aware of the limitations, please contact our support and we will (within the 30 days window after your purchase) refund your order. We can only refund orders made directly on our website. If you bought your Chipolo elsewhere, we recommend you to take it back to the seller you bought it from originally.
