You can identify a Chipolo ONE Point or CARD Point that is not yours through the Google Find Hub app. If the owner has enabled Lost Mode for this item, you will be able to see the phone number, email, and message that was set. This information can be used to return the item to its owner.
- Keep the found Chipolo ONE Point or CARD Point close to your Google Find Hub enabled device.
- On your mobile device, go into "Settings".
- Tap "Safety & Emergency" and then "Unknown tracker alerts" and then "Scan now".
- Items that are seen around you will be listed.
- Select the item from the list for more information.
