This article is related to the Chipolo ONE Point (CARD Point) and Google's Find My Device app.
When a factory reset is performed, the Chipolo ONE Point or CARD Point will no longer be tracked by the Google account it was paired to. This means the Chipolo ONE Point or CARD Point will stop being part of Google's Find My Device network and it will stop working in the owner's Find My Device app. It will, however, still be listed in the owner's Find My Device app until the owner removes it manually.
Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset:
- Press and hold your Chipolo ONE Point or the button on your CARD Point for 30 seconds.
- Point will begin to beep in 1-second intervals.
- Release the button right after you hear the 5th beep.
- After a successful factory reset you will hear a confirmation sound.
