Instructions for Chipolo ONE, Chipolo CLASSIC, Chipolo PLUS, Chipolo CARD models with a button inside
If your Chipolo beeps on a single or double press, but doesn't want to pair, please try resetting the connection:
On your phone:
- Sign out of Chipolo app;
- Restart your phone (this will reset Bluetooth on the phone);
- Make sure Bluetooth and data connection is on and open Chipolo app;
- Log back into Chipolo app;
- Reset Chipolo (press and hold it until it beeps);
- Pair it again via + button in the app;
- When you are asked to press it, do a few quick double presses.
