Instructions for Chipolo ONE, Chipolo CLASSIC, Chipolo PLUS, Chipolo CARD models with a button inside
When you press these models, you should hear a beeping sound to let you know the Chipolo is now active and ready to connect.
If the Chipolo doesn't make any sound when you press it for the first time and doesn't want to pair with the Chipolo app on your phone, please contact our support team on chipolo.net/support.
If your Chipolo does beep but doesn't want to pair please try resetting the connection:
On your phone:
- Sign out of the Chipolo app;
- Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi;
- Wait 30 seconds;
- Turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi;
- Log back into the Chipolo app;
On your Chipolo:
Please press and hold the button on the Chipolo for about 30 seconds.
When the reset is done, the Chipolo should make a tiny beeping sound to let you know it has reset and it should start connecting to the Chipolo app on your phone right away. Please keep the app open for the Chipolo to reconnect more easily.
