If your Chipolo beeps on a single or on a quick double press, but does not want to pair, please try the steps below.
- Sign out of the Chipolo app
- Restart your phone (this will reset Bluetooth on the phone)
- Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on and that your phone has access to the internet
- Log back in to the Chipolo app
- Reset Chipolo (press and hold the button until Chipolo beeps)
- Initiate pairing again via the "+ Add new Device" button in the app
- When you are asked to firmly press the Chipolo, do a few quick double presses on it
