Please make sure that your iOS device meets the minimum requirements for the Chipolo app. When this is not the case, the app will not show up in the Apple App Store on that device.
You can check your phone's iOS version by going into your phone's settings: Settings -> General -> About -> iOS Version.
Please check the "Can my phone run Chipolo app?" article to make sure your device is compatible.
