Adjusting the volume is only available on Chipolo POP, LOOP, and CARD.
The way how you do this depends on the mobile device you have.
iOS (through Chipolo app):
- Open Chipolo app.
- Select Chipolo from the list.
- Scroll down to Chipolo settings menu.
- You will find the "Ring Volume" setting.
- You can set the volume to low, medium or high.
Android (through Find Hub app):
- Open Find Hub app
- Select Chipolo from the list.
- Tap on "Find nearby" (only available when Chipolo is near the phone and connected).
- Tap on the speaker icon (bottom right) to adjust the volume.
It is not possible to adjust the volume of our older products (Chipolo ONE, Classic, Plus,...).
