Chipolo works via Bluetooth. Bluetooth is most effective at the 30 ft (10 m) range, depending on the environment. Chipolo Bluetooth range can extend up to 200 ft (60 m) when there is a clear line of sight from the device to the Chipolo.
Some of the factors that can interfere with your Bluetooth signal:
- Other Bluetooth devices;
- Other WiFi devices;
- Thicker walls.
