Chipolo works via Bluetooth. Bluetooth is most effective at a 30 ft (10 m) range, however, depending on the model of Chipolo, the range can extend up to 400 ft (120 m) when there is a clear line of sight from the device to the Chipolo.
Some of the factors that can interfere with your Bluetooth signal:
- Other Bluetooth devices
- Other WiFi devices
- Thicker walls
