Please note that this guide only applies to Chipolo models that work exclusively in the Chipolo app.
When Chipolo is within the Bluetooth range of the phone and the green "RING TO FIND" button isn't showing in the Chipolo app, that means that Chipolo and the phone are not actively connected. Resetting the Bluetooth connection between them can help if the connection doesn't get established by itself.
You can do this by following the steps below:
- Restart your phone (this will also reset Bluetooth on the phone).
- Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on and that your phone has access to the internet, and open the Chipolo app.
- Reset Chipolo (press and hold the button until Chipolo beeps.
Wait for a minute after you've completed the above procedure and check if the Chipolo successfully connected to the Chipolo app.
