Once a Chipolo has been paired, it will stay paired with that account (e-mail address), unless you correctly 'un-pair' it. If you just have a new phone and want to use the same Chipolo on that phone, simply login with your account details to which the Chipolo has been paired. Your new phone will now see the Chipolo and connect with it.

My friend already has the Chipolo, what now?
If you gave the Chipolo to a friend and he/she gets the 'no-permission' error, please ask your friend to sign in with your credentials. Once signed in go to the Chipolo detail view of the Chipolo in question and make sure your friend sees the bell logo. Then follow this guide to remove the Chipolo from the account. Then sign out of the application and your friend now can sign in with his/her login details. After being signed in your friend will be able to pair the Chipolo in the normal way without a 'no-permission' error.
