Chipolos gets bound to an e-mail address (account), not to a phone. This means that on your new phone you should use the exact same e-mail address or login method as used before. When you have signed in you will immediately see your Chipolo.
If you don't see your old Chipolos in the Chipolo app, you have probably signed in with a different user account. If you can't find the credentials for your old user account or you are not sure which account you used before, please contact our support.
