In July 2016 we started sending out App Health e-mails, to make sure you don't permanently lose anything attached to a Chipolo. We sometimes found that a lost Chipolo hasn't been connected to the Chipolo app for months, making the last known location inaccurate and therefore the lost item could not be retrieved. Now we send 7 e-mails in a span of several months, to make sure you're aware if your Chipolo gets disconnected:
- 2 days disconnected -> You will be informed that there has been no connection for 48 hours;
- 5 days disconnected -> You will be informed that there has been no connection for 5 days;
- 14 days disconnected -> You will be informed that there has been no connection for 14 days;
- 30 days disconnected -> You will be informed that there has been no connection for 30 days.
- 90 days disconnected -> You will be informed that there has been no connection for 90 days.
- 6 months disconnected -> You will be informed that there has been no connection for 6 months.
- 11 months disconnected -> You will be informed that there has been no connection for 11 months.
