This is not applicable for Chipolo PLUS or Chipolo CARD models
When you have replaced the battery you need to close your Chipolo.
It works best if you remove the keyring and work on a flat surface. Place the battery back (positive side up) in the Chipolo and align the pins of the top part with the bottom part holes.
Now gently push the top part on the bottom part.
It will click by itself, if it doesn't go from the first attempt don't push to hard, you might break some pins.
Just check if all pins are straight when you place it back. If you need additional help after trying this please contact our support.
