Sometimes it happens that an error message pops up with "Oops, something went wrong".
Simply hit the 'Retry'; It will restart the pairing process.
Most likely your Chipolo will reconnect right now. But there is a small chance that you still get the error message:
Follow the on-screen instructions. If this does not work please use the Reset connection procedure. If the errors then still persist please contact us via chipolo.net/support or on top of this page.
