iOS devices
To use Chipolo app on your iPhone or iPad, your device should be updated to iOS version 14 or later.
Important: "Out of Range Alerts" are not available on iPadOS devices due to operating system limitations.
Android devices
With a few exceptions, Chipolo app is compatible with all Android devices that run Android 9 or newer.
Google Play Services are required on Android devices for full compatibility, most Android devices come with Google Play Services by default.
Note: Android phones that come without Google services, or those where Google services were installed manually, are not supported. The Chipolo app will have limited functionality, or it may not work at all.
