Chipolos that are paired in the Google Find Hub app
Visit the android.com/find page using any browser, log in with the Google account that you have paired your Chipolos to, and you will be able to view and control your Chipolos.
What you can do:
- View its real-time or last known location on a map.
- Play a sound on the Chipolo to locate it nearby.
- Turn on Lost Mode or mark it as lost.
- Get directions to its location via Google Maps.
- Rename Chipolo, change its icon, and change the ring volume.
- Remove Chipolo from the account.
Chipolos that are paired in the Apple Find My app
On a Mac (macOS)
You can view and control your Chipolo directly on your Mac using the pre-installed Find My app.
What you can do:
- View its real-time or last known location on a map.
- Play a sound on the Chipolo to locate it nearby.
- Turn on Lost Mode or mark it as lost.
- Get directions to its location via Apple Maps.
Requirements: Your Mac must be logged in with the same Apple ID / Apple Account to which the Chipolo is paired.
On a Windows PC or via a web browser (iCloud.com)
You cannot see or control your Chipolo from iCloud.com on a web browser. Apple restricts tracking for items and third-party Find My accessories to dedicated native apps (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and watchOS).
Older Chipolos that are paired exclusively in the Chipolo app
You can sign in to the Chipolo web app to check out the location of your phone, review your privacy settings, login information and connected third-party services.
The web app can not connect to your Chipolos and you will not be able to see their location in the web app. To see the location of your Chipolos, please use the Chipolo app on your iOS or Android mobile device.
