How to reset your Chipolo account password?

Please note that you can reset the password ONLY for accounts that use the email/password log in option. If you used log in via Facebook, Google, or Apple, you can not reset the password for your Chipolo account. Simply use the log in via Facebook, Google, or Apple option. 

Android or iOS - Chipolo account password reset

1. Open the Chipolo app and tap on "Log in".
2. Tap on "Forgot password?".
3. Enter the e-mail address that you used to sign up for your Chipolo account, and tap "Reset password". 
4. Now follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Webapp - Chipolo account password reset

1. On your PC or mobile device, go to the webpage app.chipolo.net.
2. Select "Forgot your password?".
3. Enter the e-mail address that you used to sign up for your Chipolo account, and tap "Reset password". 
4. Now follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
