If your app is not displaying the correct location for your Chipolo, we recommend upgrading to the current iOS version which does help resolve accuracy with the map used for Chipolo location services.
Next please confirm if you have Location Services turned on for both the phone, as well as the Chipolo app:
- On your iPhone, go to your phone's Settings > Privacy > Location services. You will need to make sure that Location Services are specifically enabled for the Chipolo app.
Android
If your app is not displaying the correct location for your Chipolo, please confirm if you have Location Services turned on for both the phone, as well as the Chipolo app:
- On your phone, go to your phone's Settings > More > Location. You will need to make sure that Locations are enabled.
