When a factory reset is performed, the Chipolo POP, LOOP or CARD will no longer be tracked by the Apple Find My network or Google's Find Hub network. The Chipolo will also stop working in the owner's Apple Find My or Google's Find Hub app.
It will, however, still be listed in the owner's Apple Find My or Google's Find Hub app, and to move Chipolo to another owner, the original owner needs to first remove it from the app.
Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset:
- Press Chipolo POP, LOOP or the button on your CARD once.
- Press again and hold for 10 seconds.
- Keep holding and release after the 5th beep.
- After a successful factory reset you will hear a confirmation sound.
