When a factory reset is performed, the Chipolo POP will no longer be tracked by the Apple Find My network or Google's Find My Device network. The Chipolo POP will also stop working in the owner's Apple Find My or Google's Find My Device app.
It will, however, still be listed in the owner's Apple Find My or Google's Find My Device app until the owner removes it manually.
Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset:
- Press Chipolo POP once.
- Press again and hold for 10 seconds.
- Keep holding and release after the 5th beep.
- After a successful factory reset you will hear a confirmation sound.
