Please note that this article is relevant only for Chipolo models that work exclusively in the Chipolo app (Chipolo ONE, Chipolo Card (pre-2025), etc.).
The Chipolos connected to the Chipolo app on your phone can also be set up in a widget that you can add to your phone's home screen for easier access. With the widget, you can ring your Chipolo from the home screen, without having to open the app every time you want to find your Chipolos.
Chipolo widget set up on iOS:
- Make sure you are logged into the Chipolo app.
- Long-press on an empty space in your home screen and select "Edit".
- Tap on "Add Widget" and search for "Chipolo".
- Choose the type of widget you would like and tap on "+ Add Widget".
- Tap on "Done" in the top right corner to exit edit mode.
Chipolo widget set up on Android:
- Make sure you are logged into the Chipolo app.
- Long-press on an empty space in your home screen and select "Widgets".
- Search for "Chipolo".
- Choose the widget and tap on "+ Add widget".
- Select which Chipolo you would like to use this widget for.
- Set the size and tap on the empty space in the home screen to confirm.
