There are several reasons why the customs office would put your order on hold (from insufficient shipping information to a high volume of packages during the holiday season).
This process is completely out of our control and there is nothing we can do to speed the process up from our end or to provide you with an expected date of delivery.
The customs process usually shouldn’t take more than 2 days, but in rare exceptions, it may take up to a few weeks to release your order.
If your order is stuck in customs, we would suggest contacting your national customs office to see if they could speed the process up.
We understand that such delays are a pain and apologize for the inconvenience they cause. We do our best to avoid such situations whenever possible!
