If you are not satisfied with our product you can easily return all the Chipolos purchased for a full refund. Your order must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and must be returned in good condition with original packaging, to ensure you can receive a refund through your original payment method.
Chipolo can only refund orders placed directly through our website, www.chipolo.net. If you purchased Chipolo through another party (such as Amazon) please contact them for refund instructions.
Please note that partial returns are not eligible for a refund. Example: If you ordered 4 Chipolos, you must return all 4 Chipolos to receive a refund. If one of your Chipolos is not working as it should, it can be eligible for a free replacement instead.
Chipolo does not cover shipping costs for products returned for a refund or replacement. Any order returned with additional shipping charges will not be accepted and therefore no refund is possible.
If your Chipolo is damaged or defective, please contact us at help@chipolo.net. If your product is still within the 2-year warranty period and was not mishandled in any way, it is eligible for a free of charge replacement.
After the 30-day return period is up, Chipolo cannot accept returns for a refund or replacement, unless the return reason is within our 2-year warranty policy.
How to initiate a return & refund

After our team confirmes that your order is eligible for a return, you will be issued an RMA number.
To receive a refund, please send your entire Chipolo order in its original packaging, with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package, to the address that our support team has provided.
For US orders, the package can be returned to one of two Shipmonk locations:
- Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA
- San Bernardino, CA, USA
When we receive your order, we will check for any damage and issue a refund on the original payment method. The refund will only include the price of your order, but not any original shipping charges.
Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for an order to return to us (depending on the shipping method you chose to return it with).
