There can be a few reasons why the tracking link you received in the shipping confirmation email is coming up with an error:
1. The courier service hasn't updated the information yet.
This can happen in the first hours after your package is picked up from our warehouse, so wait a few hours then recheck to see if the information has been updated.
2. There is an error in the order number associated with the tracking link.
Sometimes, an error occurs when the order number is added to the tracking link, and the numbers don't match. If the tracking information doesn't display after the first day, please contact our support and we can double-check the tracking information associated with your order.
3. The package is being sent with a different courier service.
We use a few different courier services to ensure that the order is sent as soon as possible, no matter where you're ordering from. If you're not sure what courier service your order is being sent with, please contact our support and we'll provide you with the correct tracking link for your order.
