If you'd like to make a change to your order or cancel it, please contact Chipolo Support immediately.
If the order was not shipped yet, we can:
- modify shipping address, as long as the new address is not in a different country,
- modify billing address,
- cancel and refund your order, so in case you made a mistake when placing the order you can then simply place your revised order.
We aim to process orders as fast as possible, therefore we may not be able to "catch" your order before it is shipped out.
