This article is related to the Chipolo ONE Spot or CARD Spot and the Apple Find My app.
When you no longer want to have your Chipolo ONE Spot or CARD Spot added to your Apple ID, it can be removed through the Apple Find My app. After removing it, you will no longer be able to track it and it can now be registered again.

It is advised to have the Chipolo ONE Spot or CARD Spot close to your device when removing it from your account. If your device can't connect to the ONE Spot or CARD Spot when it is being removed, it has to be factory reset before it can be registered again. See How to factory reset the Chipolo ONE Spot or CARD Spot to learn how to do this.
- Open the Find My app on your supported iPhone or iPad.
- Choose the ‘Items’ tab’.
- Tap on your Chipolo ONE Spot or CARD Spot in the items list.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on 'Remove Item'.
- A summary will open, tap 'Remove' to confirm and continue.
- Another dialog will open, tap 'Remove' to confirm. Find My will now remove your ONE Spot or CARD Spot from your Apple ID.
- If the ONE Spot or CARD Spot is not connected to your device during removal, the Find My app will ask for additional confirmation. Tap 'Remove' to continue, or 'Cancel' to stop removing it.
Open the Find My app on your supported iPhone or iPad.
Choose the ‘Items’ tab’.
Tap on your Chipolo ONE Spot or CARD Spot in the items list.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on 'Remove Item'
A summary will open, tap 'Remove' to confirm and continue.
Another dialog will open, tap 'Remove' to confirm. Find My will now remove your ONE Spot or CARD Spot from your Apple ID.
If the ONE Spot or CARD Spot is not connected to your device during removal, the Find My app will ask for additional confirmation. Tap 'Remove' to continue, or 'Cancel' to stop removing it.
The Chipolo ONE Spot or CARD Spot has now been successfully removed from your Apple ID.
