You can share your Chipolo with your family and friends through the Apple Find My app.
When you share your Chipolo, and they accept the share in their Find My app, you will both be able to ring the Chipolo (not at the same time) and see its location on the map.
How To Share Your Chipolo:
- Go to the Find My app on your iPhone.
- Tap "Items" and tap on the Chipolo you want to share, then tap "Add Person" below "Share Item".
- Enter the Apple Account information of the person you want to add. To add more people, tap +.
- Tap the name of the person you want to share with, then tap their Apple Account.
- Then tap "Share" in the top-right corner.
A list of everyone you invited appears on the item’s main screen, along with the status of their invitations.
When someone accepts an invitation, the shared Chipolo appears in Find My below Items, and the recipient is notified that an item is being shared with them. If someone declines the invitation, their name is removed from the list, and you no longer see it.
