You can share your Chipolo with your family and friends through Google's Find Hub app.
When you share your Chipolo, and they accept the share in their Find Hub app, you will both be able to ring the Chipolo (not at the same time) and see its location on the map.
How To Share Your Chipolo:
- On your device, open the Find Hub app.
- Go to the "Devices" tab and then select the Chipolo you want to share.
- Tap "Share device".
- Follow the on-screen instructions. You can send the sharing link through any messaging app (text message, email, Quick Share, etc.)
Note: The sharing link will only work for one person, and it will expire after 24 hours. - Your friend or family member opens the link you sent in your invitation on an Android Device.
- They are prompted to download the Find Hub app if it’s not already installed.
- They can choose whether to accept the invitation.
- After your friend or family member accepts the invitation, you have to confirm sharing in your Find Hub app. Select Chipolo, tap "Settings", select the friend or family member, and confirm sharing.
- Your Chipolo is now shared.
