How to remove a Chipolo from your account?
To remove a Chipolo from your Chipolo account, your phone needs to have an active Wi-Fi or data connection.
1. Tap on the Chipolo you want to remove.
2. Select "Chipolo settings".
3. Tap "Remove" and follow instructions on screen.
The Chipolo has now been removed from your Chipolo account.
How to transfer Chipolo from your Chipolo account?
Keep in mind that these instructions are only valid for Chipolos that work exclusively in the Chipolo app (Chipolo ONE, Chipolo Card (pre-2025), etc.).
If you want to transfer Chipolo from one account to another and you do not want to share it through the Chipolo app, the original owner needs to remove it, then the new owner can add it to their account.
In a situation where you get a new phone, transferring a Chipolo is not needed since Chipolo is paired to a Chipolo account directly and not to the phone. You simply install the Chipolo app on your new phone and log in with the same account.
