Renew and Recycle program
Chipolo products that have a non-replaceable battery are part of the Chipolo Renew and Recycle program.
When the app notifies you that you are eligible to renew your Chipolo, you can get a new one at half price and send your old Chipolo back to us for recycling free of charge.
If your model of Chipolo is no longer available, you can replace it with a current product using the same 50% discount.
