In Chipolo app you can see where and when your Chipolo was last seen. If it happens that the last known location does not get updated:
- Check Chipolo battery status (low battery notification will show in Chipolo app when Chipolo needs a new battery)
- Check that you have the latest Chipolo app installed (can be found in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
- Do the reset connection procedure
- Make sure Chipolo app is staying active in the background (reach out to us via help@chipolo.net for more details)
- If Chipolo is not with you, location can be updated through our Lost & Found Community
