In the Chipolo app, you can see where and when your Chipolo ONE/Chipolo CARD (pre 2025) was last seen. If the last known location does not get updated:
- Check Chipolo battery status (a low battery notification will show in the Chipolo app when Chipolo needs a new battery).
- Check that you have the latest Chipolo app installed (can be found in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Do the reset connection procedure.
- Make sure the Chipolo app is staying active in the background (you can contact us for more details).
- If Chipolo is not with you, the location can be updated through our Chipolo Community.
